Sefer Vayikra

 Taking out three Torah scrolls on Shabbos Rosh Chodesh Nissan – a “chazakah” in the service of the fulfillment of Torah and mitzvos in a manner of “supernatural conduct”, “This month will be for you”, the month of Nissan, miracles in addition to the chazakah in the service in a manner of “natural routine conduct” through the taking out of three Torah scrolls on Simchas Torah. The miraculous conduct expressed in the content of the reading of the three Torah scrolls: Parshas Hakodesh the general innovation of miraculous conduct, “the month of redemption” Shabbos Rosh Chodesh the effect of the innovation of miraculous conduct Rosh Chodesh also in the natural routine conduct (Shabbos) and the Parsha of the week Parshas Vayikra - the miraculous conduct - in a permanent and eternal way, “the salt of the Treaty of your G-d”, and similarly in the Haftorah; the completeness of the supernatural conduct also in “turn away from evil. turning darkness into light” - in the reading of the three Torah scrolls, and likewise in the Haftorah.  Geulah redemption being the letters “Golah (exile)” with an addition of an Alef has three meanings/levels regarding what the “Alef hints to: the Aluf (Master) of the world, Ulfena -  studying, Alef the letters of Peleh (wonder); 3 levels in the revelation of G-dliness, at the exodus from Egypt, in Torah study, and in the inner dimension of Torah -  in Moshiach and in every single Jew; the connection of Lag B’omer – Rashbi, the Arizal, the Rebbes our leaders, and in a manner of  “Maskil L’eisan Ha’ezrachi including the 90th Psalm of Tehillim 

Shabbos Parshas Behar - Bechukosai, which blesses the month Sivan, 5751 (1991)  On Rosh Chodesh Sivan " they came to the Sinai desert," the place for the receiving of the Torah, being that " desert " is an " ownerless of place, whoever wants to come and to receive he should come and receive it, " even though the Torah is in the possession of the Jewish people; “ten Utterances” and “one Uttereance” - elevating and drawing down, submission and self-existence; both of these aspects in Torah; their union is hinted in the Parshas Behar - Bechukosai and Parshas Bamidbar; the connection of Parshas Behar - Bechukosai to the Giving of the Torah; practical instruction for the holiday of Shavuos; “Moshiah is already among us”
