Rebbe water History and Miracles

I have been giving out this water for almost 30 years now. You can make as much as you want by simply adding more water to the Holy Water.  Every time you add, it must be less than 50% (less than half) of what is already there.

I’ve seen people with various diseases get better miraculously.  Two people with leukemia whom I gave it to have recovered.  People with cancer and others with anxiety problems also improved.  Some people had dreams that changed their entire lives.  Others with rashes applied the water and got better.  Children who were sick recovered after taking it.  I’ve witnessed so many miracles — I could sit and tell you hundreds of stories.

My wife often asks me, "What is so special about this water, and how did it come to be?"  This water originally came from the women’s mikvah (ritual bath) in Crown Heights.  The Rebbe used to use the women’s mikvah a few times a week.  He would immerse during the day, before any women entered.  The water was very clean and fully filtered.  Over time, it became known that women who went in that night, particularly the first ones after the Rebbe, would often have blessings for children.  I personally met a man whose wife went to the mikvah at the age of 45. The doctors had said it was impossible for her to have more children.  They lived in Israel, and he worked for Elal airline, traveling frequently to New York.  During one of their trips, she needed to go to the mikvah and happened to be the first one to go in after the Rebbe that day. The mikvah attendant told her she was very fortunate because the Rebbe had just used it, and there was a special blessing for children.  She later had another child.  When I asked her husband how many children they had, he replied, “We have seven according to nature — and the eighth is above nature.”

In 1988, there was a Chassid named Yes Halpern, who was the head shliach in Herzliya.  He didn’t have any children and wanted to immerse after the Rebbe, but permission was not granted.  However, they gave him a bottle of water from the mikvah.  He took it home, and it stayed in his cabinet for seven years.

In 1995, someone from his congregation came to him very upset.  A relative was gravely ill and needed help.  The man kept pleading, "Please give me something from the Rebbe.  Please, something!" Rabbi Halpern opened the Rebbe’s letters to write a blessing, then remembered the water sitting in his cabinet.  He gave a little of this water to the man, instructing him to give it to his sick relative.  Two days later, the man returned, overjoyed, saying his relative was completely cured — as if she had never been sick at all.

Since then, people all over the world have been using this water.  I’ve given it to two people with leukemia who recovered.  Others with cancer improved.  Many people — including my wife — have experienced miracles.  For example, my wife’s son had terrible acne, washed his face regularly, and applied the Rebbe’s water.  The acne miraculously disappeared.  Children with stomach aches who were supposed to see a doctor recovered after using the Rebbe’s water.

I’ve seen so many miracles. People even have dreams of the Rebbe that change their lives.
