Sefer Bamidbar

The Shabbos after Shavuos emphasis on Torah learning on a new level; the new heaven and new earth through the new revelations in Torah that will be in the Redemption; revealing the spark of Moshiach in every Jew; the connection of the Parshah and Pirkei Avos to the Redemption; this is all the timely matter when Moshiach is revealed and the Redemption is eminent: practical instructions.

Nissan - the month of Miracles and the redemption from Egypt and the imminent Redemption through Moshiach emphasized this Nissan - the miracles of "smiting the Egyptians by their first born" in the Gulf War and the decisions of the U.N. and the subduing of Iraq; addition in Mitzvah observance and singing and dancing for the wonderful miracles Hashem does for us B"H.

From the Talks of the fifth day of Parshas Korach, the second day of Rosh Chodesh Tammuz (to the graduates of Beis Rivkah), and Shabbos Parshas Korach, 3rd of Tammuz, 5751 (1991)

The miracle of the 3rd of Tammuz 5687 (1927) in the framework of nature, similarly the miracle of  “the sun didn't set” of the 3rd of Tammuz, the miracle of the staff of Aaron blossoming in our Parsha: the connection to Parshas Korach and the difference between Korach and Chukas - the Reish transformed to a Tav; the connection to the fourth month; bringing the subservience that transcends limits into the nature of a person; the world is ready for the Redemption and helps out in this;  practical instructions.

Postponing the fast till after Shabbos and celebrating on Shabbos is a foretaste of the transformation of these days into Joy in the Redemption; The connection to the Parshah of the week; especially in our generation, and especially in the year of 5751; additional in the study of matters of Moshiach, Redemption and the Beis Hamikdosh; the connection to Pirkei Avos - “the sage is taught in the terminology of the Mishnah… merits  many things”

The content of the service to “ make here into the Holy Land,” and the lesson from the division of the land based on the lot, thought, speech and action for dividing the land, as well as in conquering the world to make it  into a dwelling place for Hashem, getting used  to how it will be in the Redemption through doing mitzvah's perfectly.
